CHAPTER LEADER DAY

Location: Marriott Marquis Washington, Capitol/Congress Room

Sunday, May 19 from 8 a.m.-1 p.m.

Chapter leaders are invited to this unique opportunity to learn from, share with, and meet fellow chapter leaders, your chapter relations manager (CRM), and the National Advisors for Chapters (NAC). Plan to arrive in Washington, DC by Saturday night so you don’t miss this exclusive event!

We encourage you to bring your smartphone, tablet, or laptop to Chapter Leader Day!

Program:
Chapter Leader Breakfast 8-8:30 a.m.
Chapter Leader Day Program 8:30 a.m-12 p.m.
Chapter Leader Lunch 12-1 p.m.
(Chapter leaders are welcome to stay for lunch and continue the networking. There will be a break between conference sessions from 12-1:30 p.m. Please note, lunch will only be provided to registered attendees.)

CHAPTER LEADER NETWORKING RECEPTION

Location: Convention Center, West Overlook

Tuesday, May 21 from 5:30-6:30 p.m.

Please pick up your drink ticket when checking into the event.

CHAPTER LEADER LOUNGE

Current chapter leaders are encouraged to use the Chapter Leader Lounge as their home base throughout the conference.

Lounge Hours
Sunday: 1 p.m.–5 p.m.
Monday-Tuesday: 9:30 a.m.–5 p.m.
Wednesday: 9:30 a.m.–3 p.m.

• Recharge your batteries.
• Enjoy morning coffee Monday through Wednesday from 9:30–11 a.m.
• Drop in during “Power Hour” on Monday and Tuesday from 2–3 p.m. to enjoy refreshments and open forum discussions.
• Meet your chapter relations manager (CRM) and the National Advisors for Chapters (NAC).
